Excellent location and spacious rooms. Pool and kitchenette were an unexpected bonus. Friendly staff. We were able to leave our luggage safely secured until check in time. We were notified when our room was ready.

I could see my cruise ship from my bedroom window. The Rocks Markets were only a street away, plenty of pubs and restaurants close by. The Harbour Bridge was only just up the street & the Circular Quay terminal too.

The young man on reception was efficient, friendly and helpful: a real star. The daily housekeeping was good (and cooperative re cleaning times). The street outside was surprisingly quiet. The kitchen and bathroom were extremely clean. The location was in every respect fabulous: close to Circular Quay and to the marvellous Renaissance Patisserie (in my view, Sydney's best). Most of the rooms in this hotel are of the modern sort but I had always wanted to stay in one of the converted terrace houses at the front of the property. The stairs in these unique apartments aren't for everyone but I enjoyed the space and really enjoyed the terrace house experience.

The location to the International Cruise Terminal. The room size was great.

I pretty much liked everything except the shower. Clocktower parking was very convenient, staff were super friendly and helpful, beds were comfortable, size of terrace apartment great, historical element interesting and close to so much from Opera House, Harbour Bridge, the Rocks and more. Highly recommend.

The location was excellent as we were departing on a cruise and it was close to the cruise terminal. The Rocks is also an interesting area, close to shops, restaurants, the harbour, Circular Quay etc. We could see the Opera House from our window. The Studio room was spacious and had a kitchenette. The staff were helpful and offered baggage minding after we checked out.

We stayed in the apartment which ended up being one of the original row house on Harrington St (we even found it in a 1901 photo). It was amazing to be staying in such a historic place that is so close to everything! Location was excellent. Wilson clock tower parking is directly underneath with easy lift access. Staff were very friendly. They made up the sofa bed to accommodate us (kids). Has a pool in the complex. Aircon worked well. Quite an experience.

The location was great. Just a short walk from the Circular Quay tube station, about 6-8 minutes depending on which route you took. We caught the tube direct from the international airport terminal. There was plenty of restaurants and bars within a short walk. It was very close to the Cruise ship passenger terminal, which is why we stayed there. We had a good sized room with a balcony. Not a great view as we were on the 3rd floor. But with only being there for the night it didn't matter. The rooms and hotel were clean. The bed in our room was comfortable and the shower was adequate for it's age

The location of this little hotel was perfect. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The price point was excellent for the location. The hotel rooms themselves need an upgrade but the beds were comfy and it was good to have a little kitchenette. I noticed they have a lovely outdoor pool which would be great in summer. Near lots of fantastic restaurants and bars. A perfect French patisserie around the corner! What more could you want.
