Location is great ......right in The Rocks. Close to Circular Quay and the Cruise Terminal. Lots of restaurants, pubs, cafes, shops close by. We stayed in one of the one bedroom 2 storey heritage Terrace Houses. It had very steep stairs. If you have mobility problems its best to stay in the actual hotel building. Other than the stairs (we are in our 70s) we liked the accommodation. Fully equipped kitchen and separate lounge. We have stayed twice before in the hotel building and would definitely stay again. Very pleasant staff. No restaurant, but many close by.

Location was excellent. Staff were super-helpful. special mention to Luke and Phoebe. Room - fourth floor - was clean, large, quiet and well appointed. Bit of a view of the harbor (incl Opera House) a bonus. Bed was perfect, equal to Cunard's Queen Elizabeth, which we arrived on. Lighting in lounge and bathroom was good. T.V. and Microwave simple and easy to use. Fridge was adequate for a four-day stay. Lifts (2) were large and quick. Room value for money. Alias, did not have the opportunity to try the pool. Will definitely stay there again.

We stayed in the apartment which ended up being one of the original row house on Harrington St (we even found it in a 1901 photo). It was amazing to be staying in such a historic place that is so close to everything! Location was excellent. Wilson clock tower parking is directly underneath with easy lift access. Staff were very friendly. They made up the sofa bed to accommodate us (kids). Has a pool in the complex. Aircon worked well. Quite an experience.

Sandra

The location was excellent as we were departing on a cruise and it was close to the cruise terminal. The Rocks is also an interesting area, close to shops, restaurants, the harbour, Circular Quay etc. We could see the Opera House from our window. The Studio room was spacious and had a kitchenette. The staff were helpful and offered baggage minding after we checked out.

Rosemary

I could see my cruise ship from my bedroom window. The Rocks Markets were only a street away, plenty of pubs and restaurants close by. The Harbour Bridge was only just up the street & the Circular Quay terminal too.
